Layaway PolicyBirch Tree Baby Layaway Policy

Layaways are gladly accepted for orders totaling more than $100.
A non-refundable layaway deposit of 25% is required. Upon receipt of this deposit, I will set your items aside. Payment in full plus shipping charges must be completed within 8 weeks of receiving your down payment. You may either pay in one or two installments, and reminders will be sent at 4 weeks and 7 weeks, however you may pay in full at any time. Once full payment has been received, your items will ship within 2-3 business days, or you may schedule pick up at that time.
Clearance items are not available for layaway.
Cancelled Layaways: Please note that because I pull your items from the shelves for layaway and they are unavailable for purchase by other customers, your 25% deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made will be refunded in case of a cancelled layaway. Non-payment after 8 weeks constitutes cancellation of your layaway.

- Select "local pick up" as your shipping option to avoid paying shipping charges at the time of your deposit.
- Enter voucher code "layaway" to apply 75% mark-down to your items.
- Complete check-out and pay remaining 25% non-refundable deposit.
- Print this page for your records.
Use of the layaway voucher code is exclusively for the use of layaway customers and constitutes full acceptance of the terms listed above.
