Payments
We currently accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. In addition to these options, local customers may also pay with cash or check.
PayPal allows you to send money securely using your bank account or credit card. A PayPal account is not required to use your credit card, however signing up is easy and free. You can get more information or sign up at www.paypal.com (clicking this link will take you away from our site). For customers who use PayPal's E-Check option, please note that your order will ship once payment has cleared.
Special Orders
If you are interested in an item that is not currently in-stock, please contact us. We may be able to special order products for you, depending on manufacturer availability and policies. Please note that all sales of special order items are final- no refunds or exchanges.
Shipping
We ship with USPS Priority Mail for all U.S. orders with the exception of those packages to be delivered within Anchorage/Eagle River/Girdwood, which are delivered via parcel post. Delivery confirmation is included. In-stock items are shipped within 2 business days of your order. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance for your package you may do so here.

If you're in the Anchorage area and would like to pick up your items for free choose 'local pick up' under the shipping options and we can arrange a pick up time.

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
We are proud to support our Military Families serving overseas and are happy to ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders will be shipped via the USPS and shipping rates are the same. Customs forms are required, and you will be responsible for any customs fees charged by your host country. Please be sure to use your full name and standardized military address. For example,

Please allow 4-5 business days for your APO/FPO order to ship. Delivery times may vary, priority mail packages should be expected in 1-2 weeks from shipping date. We strongly urge you to purchase shipping insurance for your package.
Returns/Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase and accept unwashed and unused merchandise* for refund or exchange within 30 days of the original shipping date. Please note that refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This restocking fee does not apply to exchanges. We are sorry but we are unable to refund shipping costs. In the case of defective merchandise, we will ship your replacement item for free.
*All sales are final on clearance and special order items- no refunds or exchanges.
Please contact us for return approval prior to sending your items. We suggest that you insure your package prior to mailing as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.
We cannot offer refunds on used merchandise, therefore we strongly recommend that you wash and try one diaper before prewashing all your items.
Layaway
Although cloth diapers will save you lots of money in the long run, it can be a large initial investment. We offer layaway on orders of $100 or more, with a non-refundable deposit of 25%. Click here for the full policy.

We will not share your personally identifiable information (including full name, address, phone and email) with any other company or organization except as required to fill your order (as in the case of special orders).
